Ing. Rudolf Huliak
Minister
Ing. Rudolf Huliak was born on May 5, 1975 in Zvolen, but since birth he has lived in the distinctive Slovak village of Očová. In 1993, he graduated from the Secondary School of Transport in Zvolen. From 1993 to 1998 he studied at the Technical University of Žilina at the Faculty of PEDAS.
All his life he made a living by honest work and his skilful hands. From 1998 to 2019, he worked for DRUKOS, a. s., AUTOFÁRO, spol. s r. o., and AUTONOVO, a. s. Later he worked in the company PROFILAK, of which he was the managing director from 2003. Since 2002, he has been lecturing hunting and testing future hunters. He became a member of the Presidium of the Slovak Hunting Chamber in 2010 and since 2022 he has also been a member of the Presidium of the Slovak Hunting Association. In the years 2010 – 2023, he was the chairman of the shooting commission of the Oko SPZ Zvolen, the chairman of the shooting commission of OPK Zvolen, the hunting manager of the Očová Hunting Association.
During the years 2012 – 2023, he was the director of the shooting range in Sielnica. He was a member of the SPK Presidium for nine years. From 2014 to 2023, he served as the chairman of the Land Association of the Municipality of Očová. In 2021, he became the chairman of the political party National Coalition/NEKA, in which he is still active today. In the last local elections, voters gave him their trust and elected him mayor of Očová. On September 30, 2023, he ran for the National Council of the Slovak Republic on the joint SNS list from 150th place, from which he moved up to 3rd place. His 58,875 votes brought him not only a parliamentary mandate, but also significantly helped the SNS cross the threshold of parliament. Since the end of 2023, he has held the position of Chairman of the Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic for Agriculture and the Environment.
He speaks Russian and German. Its heart is the field of forestry, hunting and environmental protection, which is closely related to the development of domestic tourism. His hobbies include hunting, sport shooting, sport flying, hunting and motorcycle touring.
Mgr. Jana Štilichová
State Secretary for Tourism
Mgr. Jana Štilichová is an experienced lawyer with many years of experience in public administration and in the field of land law. After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, she worked in the state administration in several managerial and professional positions, where she focused mainly on the issue of the land register, land adjustments and legal issues of ownership relations.
During her career, she held several important positions in the Slovak Land Fund, where she worked as the director of the legal department, general director and later deputy director of the Legal Department. She also gained experience at the District Office in Trenčín in the field of land registry, as well as at the regional level as the director of the regional department of the Slovak Land Fund. She currently works as a member of the Council of the Slovak Land Fund.
In his work, he focuses mainly on land law, the issue of unidentified owners, land adjustments, restitution claims, inheritance proceedings and cadastral proceedings. He excels in his ability to orient himself in state archives and in the legal agenda related to the determination and investigation of ownership relations to real estate.
Jana Štilichová is known for her creativity, flexibility and independence. Thanks to his organizational and management skills, he is able to effectively coordinate complex legal processes and lead teams of experts. In her free time, she devotes herself to her family, personal development and is actively interested in public space and the transparent functioning of state administration. She is an active driver of group B.
Ing. Štefan Engel, PhD.
Štátny tajomník
Ing. Štefan Engel, PhD.je odborník s dlhoročnými skúsenosťami v oblasti športu, kultúry, múzejníctva, cestovného ruchu a ochrany kultúrneho dedičstva. Vysokoškolské vzdelanie získal na Technickej univerzite vo Zvolene. Svoje odborné znalosti si ďalej rozšíril doplňujúcim pedagogickým štúdiom so zameraním na vzdelávanie.
Počas svojej profesijnej kariéry pôsobil na viacerých riadiacich pozíciách v oblasti múzejníctva a cestovného ruchu. Dlhodobo pôsobil v Múzeu vo Svätom Antone, kde najskôr zastával pozíciu vedúceho oddelenia a neskôr riaditeľa múzea. Vo svojej práci sa venoval riadeniu organizácie, zabezpečovaniu národných a medzinárodných podujatí, akvizičnej činnosti, ochrane kultúrnych hodnôt a rozvoju múzejnej a prezentačnej činnosti.
Od decembra 2025 pôsobil na Ministerstve cestovného ruchu a športu Slovenskej republiky, kde bol poverený výkonom funkcie riaditeľa odboru podpory cestovného ruchu v sekcii financovania a podpory cestovného ruchu. Vo svojej agende sa zameriaval na podporu rozvoja cestovného ruchu, prepojenie kultúrneho dedičstva s regionálnym rozvojom a efektívne využívanie verejných zdrojov v tejto oblasti.
Je aktívny aj v odborných organizáciách – pôsobí ako člen Predstavenstva Zväzu múzeí na Slovensku a je predsedom občianskeho združenia OZ Coburgov odkaz – História v službách budúcnosti. Zároveň bol aj členom Telovýchovnej jednoty TATRAN, oddiel JUDO. Vo svojej práci kladie dôraz na profesionalitu, systematický prístup, organizačné schopnosti a koncepčné myslenie. Aktívne komunikuje v anglickom a nemeckom jazyku. Vo voľnom čase sa venuje histórii, ochrane prírody, športu a rozvoju kultúrnych hodnôt.
