Olympics 2024

The summer of 2024 was full of the Olympics! The Slovak House in the Olympic Village was also opened in Paris. Our team has 28 athletes, which is a great reason for us to be proud.

An interesting fact is that this year we also had a representative in yachting for the first time. The Olympics also featured sports that you may not have known were Olympic, such as skateboarding, where Slovakia also has its representative. In addition, we also saw completely new Olympic sports, such as breakdancing.

The Olympic Festival was opened in Bratislava in Kuchajda from 26.07. – 11.08.2024. There you could come to enjoy the atmosphere of olumpiása and cheer together for our athletes during live broadcasts. You could try various sports on site and there is also an accompanying program so that as many people as possible can experience the Olympic atmosphere. You could even attend the autograph sessions of our Olympians after their return to Slovakia.

We kept our fingers crossed for all our athletes during the Olympic Games and congratulations, because Matej Beňuš won the bronze medal!
