Selection procedure to fill the positions of members of the Board of Directors

The Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic, Section of Law, Property Rights and Public Procurement announces a selection procedure to fill the positions of members of the Board of Directors, which is the statutory body of a company with 100% ownership participation of the state, TIPOS, národná lotériová společnost, a. s. with its registered office at Tomášikova 23, 821 01 Bratislava – Ružinov City District, Company ID No.: 31 340 822, VAT ID: SK2020341455.

Required qualification requirements and requirements pursuant to the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 159 of 2 March 2011, as amended by the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 190 of 19 April 2017, the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 289 of 11 May 2020 and the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 282/2024 of 15 May 2024.

List of required documents:

  1. application for the selection procedure,
  2. an extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months,
  3. A declaration of assurance;
  4. affidavit of legal capacity;
  5. A copy of the proof of educational attainment,
  6. an affidavit of knowledge of the foreign language(s);
  7. a self-signed professional structured CV with an overview of the achieved education and with a specific overview of professional experience and a specific overview of management experience,
Motivation letter – the applicant shall state the reasons for applying for the position and his/her experience from previous experience in a management position, his/her potential contribution to the company in this position,

The deadline for the delivery of the written application for the selection procedure together with the required documents is 25.08.2025 to the address: Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic, Section of Law, Property Rights and Public Procurement, Pribinova 16549/32, 810 08 Bratislava under the sign "Selection procedure for a member of the Board of Directors of TIPOS, národná lotériová společnost, a. s. – DO NOT OPEN".

Applicants who meet the set conditions and submit their application for the selection procedure together with the required documents within the set deadline will be invited to the selection procedure in writing, at least 7 calendar days before the competition, stating the date, time and place of the selection procedure.
