Request for Information Directive

Provision of information pursuant to Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information

A request for information under the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information can be submitted:

  1. electronically to the address: 211[@]mincrs.sk – continuously,
  2. in writing to the address: Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic, Pribinova 32, P.O.BOX 33, 810 08 Bratislava
  3. in person to the Ministry's registry at its headquarters, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,
  4. orally to the registry from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,
  5. via an electronic mailbox.

Your request for information to the Ministry must make it clear:

  • who submits the application – i.e. the name and surname, name or business name of the applicant;
  • address of residence or registered office;
  • the information the request relates;
  • what way of making information available do you propose /in writing, by e-mail.../.

If your application does not contain this information, we will ask you to complete it.

Remedies:

An appeal may be lodged against a decision not to disclose information within 15 days from the date of its delivery to the applicant through the first-instance administrative authority that issued the decision.

A decision not to disclose information is not reviewable by a court.
