The areas of tourism and sports are legislatively covered by the following laws:

Our current legislative initiative concerns all 3 laws and at the same time one new legislative proposal for the field of tourism is being created:
Amendment to the Sports Act
- simplification of the functioning of the TOP TEAM
- simplification of the formula of the Fire Brigade
- New categorisation of national sports associations
- HKŠ, SADA, NŠC, Olympic Annuity and Pensions
Amendment to the Act on the Sports Support Fund
- Redefinition of types of sports infrastructure
Amendment to the Act on Support of the Czech Republic
- simplification of OOCR/KOCR financing and expansion of use purposes
