The Ministry of Tourism and Sports strongly rejects the inflammatory and dirty campaign of the political party Democrats against representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and their family members, which is not based on true facts and strongly objects to lies and fabrications presented by representatives of the political party Democrats.

At the press conference, representatives of the political party Democrats rudely accused the wife of State Secretary Ing. Martin Krnáč of being an executive in a business company belonging to Miroslav Suja, which is not true and never has been, they also lied about the fact that the state secretary's father had done business with Miroslav Suja in the past and bought construction machinery from him, or was interested in the company, who was supposed to buy such a machine.

The Democrats are not even able to find out the basic facts before presenting them to the public, but this does not prevent it from appearing in public and shamelessly misleading and deceiving the public with the clear intention of harming the representatives of the tourism and sports departments. It is amateurism and incompetence of the coarsest grain presented deceptively as real investigative findings of the opposition political party Democrats.

None of the leaders of the ministry, including their family members, has a connection to the political party Republika, nor to the person of Miroslav Suja, nor is he in contact with this person. The Ministry will defend itself against these and other false accusations by filing a criminal complaint. The Democrats party thus continues in the policy of spreading hatred, in the policy of planting lies and misleading the public, which is its main working method, and it carries out opposition political activities as incompetently and amateurishly as it managed the state in the past in the governments of Igor Matovič and Eduard Heger.
