Draft Decree of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic on the Methodology for Calculating the Share of Recognized Sport for 2026
2. Basic objectives of the legislation:
The aim of the proposal is to establish a methodology for calculating the share of recognised sport for 2026, which is one of the basic parameters for calculating the contribution to recognised sport. The basic framework for calculating the share of recognized sport is set out in Annex No. 3 to the Sports Act.
3. Method of public involvement in the preparation of legislation:
The public may participate in the preparation of legislation in the form of sending suggestions or proposals with a substantive focus pursuant to point 2.
