The Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic has started broadcasting a new podcast called From Parenice to Yeast. Its aim is to raise awareness of professional topics in the field of tourism.
The main topics are, for example, gastrotourism, local food, craft drinks and spa. Primarily, these are professionally light-hearted interviews with farmers, breeders, market sellers, food experts, producers of Slovak products or ethnologists. In addition, it will also focus on the successes of our chefs in international competitions.
Episodes are released every two weeks and are available on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcast. The interviews are conveyed in an understandable and attractive form to the general public.
The activity is carried out by the Ministry without any political dimension and with its own personnel and technical support, thus without an inadequate increase in funds at the time of consolidation.
