Launch of the register of applications for the call for a subsidy in the field of sport

The Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic announces that from 09.06.2025 the registration of applications for call No. F-2025-DOT4 for the provision of a subsidy for youth sports movement camps from the budget chapter of the Ministry for 2025.
Eligible expenditure includes:
wages and remuneration of coaches and sports experts registered in the sports information system,
sports equipment used in sports and movement camps,
rental of sports facilities during sports camp,
Allocation: 300 000 €
Minimum subsidy for one applicant per event: € 2,000
Maximum subsidy per applicant: €5,000
Eligible costs per participant for 1 day, including sports material, rental and coaches' salary: max. 20 €
Date of announcement of the call: June 9, 2025
Deadline for submission of applications: within 30 calendar days after the publication of the call
Eligible applicants:
An eligible applicant is a legal entity with at least 10 years of history in the field of sports and at least 5 years of tradition in organizing sports movement camps. Sports organizations must be registered in the Sports Information System.
sports organisations registered in the register of legal entities;
municipalities and higher territorial units,
civic associations,
budgetary organisations or contributory organisations founded by a higher territorial unit or municipality; such an organization will be provided with a subsidy through the founder
Eligible period for the implementation of activities: 01.07.2025 – 31.08.2025
Period of eligibility of expenditure : 01.06.2025 – 30.09.2025
Eligible territory of the event: Slovak Republic
Applications can be submitted electronically via the mincrs.egrant.sk system.
